Mutters Moor

Devon Military Fitness has been granted permission by the Clinton Estate to use of Mutters Moor the training grounds to the Royal Marine Commando’s for military style fitness classes. The 60 minute instructor led sessions will be running Monday and Wednesday evenings starting at 7:00pm plus Saturday morning at 9am. The sessions will begin from the Mutters Moor carpark.

Woodbury Common

DMF Memberships & Class Admin.

The Tier 1 membership allows members access to 1 DMF session per week.

The tier 2 membership entitles members to 2 DMF sessions per week.

The unlimited membership entitles members to book unlimited DMF sessions per week.

DMF Class Kit list, Gloves that are both breathable and hard-wearing, Running trainers, the grippier the better and dress appropriately for the weather, IE shorts and tee for the balmy English evenings, or running tights, fleece and bubble hat also for those cold summer evenings.

Sessions will happen no matter the weather.

Fitness Levels

We offer three tailored levels of fitness: Blue, Red, and Green.

  • Blue: Perfect for beginners, people just starting to focus on their wellbeing, or those returning to fitness after an injury or pregnancy. This level is all about building a strong foundation and gaining confidence in your abilities.

  • Red: Ideal for individuals who can run a couple of miles and perform bodyweight exercises. This level helps you enhance your endurance and strength, pushing you towards your fitness goals.

  • Green: Designed for those who can take on any challenge and come back wanting more. This level pushes your limits, ensuring you stay motivated and continually improve..
